How to Book
1) Call us on 01872 580289
to confirm that the lodge and dates you require are available. This provisional reservation will be held for 7 days to give you sufficient time to send us your completed booking form and deposit. Provisional reservations will be cancelled after 7 days without further reference.2) Complete the booking form and return it to us
with your deposit (£150 per week) and booking fee (£20 per booking).3) Upon receipt of your form, we will confirm your booking
We will forward confirmation of the booking including details of the monies we have received, and the balance due. We must receive your balance at least 6 weeks prior to your arrival. No reminders are sent. Failure to send the balance within this timescale will result in the booking being cancelled and your deposit being forfeited without further reference.You can also check availability and/or make an initial booking online.
