M5 to Exeter
Take the A30 from Exeter to Cornwall
Leave the A30 at Fraddon (opposite McDonalds).
Head for Grampound Road
Pass through Grampound Road to the A390.
Bear left towards Tregony & St Mawes (B3287).
From Tregony follow the signs for St Mawes for 7 miles to Trewithian
Turn left at the sign for Gerrans, Portscatho, Trewince Manor etc.
Stay on this road, following signs for St Anthony to Trewince Manor half a mile beyond Gerrans village.
